By accessing or purchasing from ExtendedDeluxe, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

GENERAL

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

PRODUCTS & PRE-ORDERS

ExtendedDeluxe offers luxury hair extensions and beauty products, including pre-order items.

  • Pre-orders require extended processing times before shipping

  • Processing timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Payment is collected at checkout

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed

FINAL SALE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If we made an error:

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos are required

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit only, at our discretion

  • Refunds are not provided

SHIPPING

Shipping time is separate from processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ExtendedDeluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders suspected of fraud.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Chargebacks filed in violation of these terms will be disputed using proof of delivery and policy acceptance. Fraudulent claims may result in account restrictions or refusal of service.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos and images, is the property of ExtendedDeluxe and may not be used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ExtendedDeluxe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to product use or delays.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
