Refund policy

All Sales Are Final


Due to the nature of pre-order items and hygiene standards within the hair industry, all sales are final. ExtendedDeluxe does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.

Pre-Order Acknowledgment
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pre-order items require extended processing times prior to shipment

  • Payment is collected at the time the order is placed

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once submitted

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

  • This policy applies to all circumstances including delays, change of mind, or incorrect selection by the customer

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Refunds are not provided; however, if ExtendedDeluxe made an error:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and order details must be submitted for review

  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit only, at our discretion

  • Pre-order timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Extendedeluxe is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances

  • Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy will be disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and policy acceptance at checkout

  • Fraudulent claims may result in account restrictions or order refusal
