Processing & Shipping Time

Pre-orders require 2-14 business days for processing before shipping.

Processing time begins the business day after your order is placed, not the purchase date.

Once processing is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

ExtendedDeluxe is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We will do our best to accommodate any change requests made during processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.

Approved issues will be resolved at our discretion (replacement or store credit).
